Prof. Dr. Philipp Schlatter Named Among World’s Top 2% Most-Cited Researchers in 2023

Prof. Dr. Philipp Schlatter has been named in the Stanford List 2023 as one of the top 2% of the most-cited researchers globally. This recognition, based on citation metrics, places him among the thirteen CBI scientists who are in the top two percent of the most-cited researchers worldwide. The list was published by a research team from Stanford University, which analyzed the Scopus database, the largest abstract and citation database for peer-reviewed literature from Elsevier. By October 2023, approximately 210,000 researchers globally have been recognized in the top two percent for citation frequency, with over 10,000 of these scientists in Germany, including 55 from FAU’s Technical Faculty.
